I build systems that work without me.

An entrepreneur from Kharkiv, in Denmark since 2022. Two companies, two non-profit associations, 62 documented projects — from exporting cars from US auctions to Denmark’s government APIs.

I learned business not from textbooks, but through clients, customs, contracts, and risk. Code is so what I understood in business works by itself.

The bridge is still being built. That is normal — this is what any living system at work looks like.

01 — who I am

Andrii Lynnyk

● yes, he is really looking at you

Not book theory —real operations.

I am from Kharkiv. In business since I was thirteen — since 1996 year. Distribution, international trade, car exports from US auctions. Contracts, suppliers, transport, customs, risk — I learned all that with my own money, not from other people’s case studies.

Someone who has been through customs with live cargo sees the word “automation” differently.

After 24 February 2022 I ended up in Denmark. A new country, language, zero connections. Instead of waiting — I started building: websites, AI tools, Telegram bots, data systems, volunteer communities, business networks.

Today I have my own IT company LynBro ApS, a practice Best Choice, two founded non-profit associations — Aktive Ukrainere and UaHub — and dozens of products, some of which are live in production and make money.

Father of two children. Tennis, squash, volleyball, 3D printing, a laser engraving machine in the garage. If something can be taken apart — I will take it apart.

02 — three areas

Technology. Business.Community.

01

Technology

PythonFastAPIWordPressOpenAIn8nMySQLDocker

Websites, automation, AI agents, CRM, API, data systems, bots, SaaS. I don’t “connect ChatGPT” — I build things that work every day without supervision: a phone agent that hangs up by itself; an address API that replaces the government one; memory where my AI keeps all 100 projects.

02

Business

operationslogisticsForeign tradeSEOlead genlaunch in DK

Consulting, operations, digital strategy, online presence. I know what a company looks like from the inside when it’s your own money: where margin leaks, where the process breaks, what is actually worth automating, and what you should simply stop doing.

03

Community

eventsworkshopsmentoringnetworkingvolunteering

Aktive Ukrainere and UaHub are non-profit associations I founded, not just joined. The first is for Ukrainians in Denmark: help, volunteering, AI workshops. The second is for Ukrainian entrepreneurs: forums, networking, a business directory. The best projects don’t come from ads, but from a room where people know each other.

03 — what I built

62 projects. Here are eight, that explain the rest.

04 — how I work

Research first. Then code. Never the other way round.

01
Understand the market

Before a line of code — alternatives, open-source donors, user complaints on G2, Reddit, in competitors’ GitHub issues. Often it turns out the problem does not need solving at all.

02
The shortest path to the truth

First what proves or kills the idea. Not a pretty interface — but a live request to a real API with real data.

03
To prod, not to a presentation

A working version on a domain, with logs and monitoring. “Done” = I opened it in a browser and clicked all the buttons, in all languages — not “tests are green”.

04
Write down the lesson

Every rake goes into a shared knowledge base. So the next project starts not from zero, but from 6 119 commits of experience.

12 points where a small business loses customers online

A practical checklist I compiled from real audits. Next to each item — a two-minute check. Read it directly on the site, PDF — to go through with a pen.

05 — talks and workshops

I talk about whatI did myself.

No slides about “transformation” and no “expert #1”. Specific cases, numbers, mistakes that cost money, and step by step — what to do on Monday morning. In Ukrainian, English, Danish (with the understanding that my Danish is still on the way).

Т1
The client is already looking for you. Why do they choose someone else?

Online presence for small businesses: 12 points where clients get lost. With live diagnostics of the room.

Т2
AI without magic: what really works in small business

What to automate first, what it really costs, and where AI is — just a more expensive mistake.

Т3
Starting a business in Denmark when you don’t know anyone here

CVR, ApS, taxes, first clients, networking. A personal path since 2022 — no embellishment.

Т4
From car exports to government APIs

How experience in “heavy” offline business turns into a competitive advantage in digital.

Т5
Workshop: your AI assistant in 2 hours

Hands-on with laptops. Everyone leaves with something working, not with notes.

06 — questions people ask

Brief and honest.

07 — let’s talk

Write what hurts.I’ll reply myself.

Fastest way — just write an email. I read everything myself, usually reply the same day. If it’s not my kind of task — I’ll say so directly and, if I can, point you to who to go to.
